Coffee stop

It’s raining, so I’ve retreated to Foxcroft and Ginger on Berwick Street to drown my sorrows in a prettily presented cappuccino. I am running on reserve battery also, so not all is going to plan. I’ve begun actually taking my lunch break, and hope to use the time productively. Presently I am getting back on the blogging wagon and have begun a search for a new theme for charlotteknee.com 2.0.

Lost and Found

My blog, sorry I have neglected you! In attempt to revive, I have browsed through my photos since my last post, back in December. I played with one of those camera effects phone apps a while back…

Running home

Why won’t someone invent a perfectly formed miniature SLR camera? One you can slip into your coat pocket, or into your bumbag for when you are running! (I made do with my camera phone) This evening was my second run home from work. It’s about 6.5 miles – a perfect mid week run distance. Tonight made me wish I had started running home earlier in the year, as its now properly dark from about 6.30pm. Yet tonight, it was clear, crisp and cold so I was able to catch the sun going down. The cold light was blue and reflected beautifully off the glass clad buildings along the river. Passing by Battersea power station and across the bridge, the light turned darker and the sun set orange. I was joined by other runners, cyclists and pedestrians, stopping mid commute to catch a ‘London moment’.
